We love all our Zeel Massage cities, of course, but we have to admit that we have a soft spot for Charleston, South Carolina. And we’re not alone. Charleston has been called the “World’s Best City” by Travel + Leisure (so close, Chiang Mai, Thailand) , and for good reason. Antebellum charm, nice weather, sunny beaches, amazing food, and rich culture, along with a booming business scene, make Charleston a top choice to visit – or as a home. So it makes sense that Charleston is the newest home of Zeel.
Charleston advice from local massage therapists
Charleston, of course, isn’t just home to Zeel, it’s the home of our wonderful Zeel Massage Therapists. We asked a few Charleston-based massage therapists about what they loved about Charleston – and some hidden spots for visitors.
Visit Folly Beach
Zeel Massage Therapist Marisa said she became a massage therapist after studying dance – learning body movement led to studying massage and anatomy. Her favorite places in Charleston are beach hotspots like Surf Bar and Chico Feo in Folly Beach.
King Street eats
If you want to hit Charleston’s white-hot food scene, Zeel Massage Therapist Kim (called the best massage therapist in Charleston by Charleston City Paper) recommends a strong along King Street, where “there are lots of great restaurants and shopping, something for everyone.” Her particular faves are McCrady’s and Pearl’s “for seafood,”, but, says Kim, “really the whole food scene in Charleston is world-class.”
No matter what brings you to Charleston, Zeel looks forward to bringing you an in-home massage as well.
